In this lab the student intern will become familiar with efficient and effective techniques for cleaning hotel rooms and public areas of a hotel or restaurant. The safe use of cleaning supplies and chemicals is stressed along with customer comfort, safety and key control security. Laundry cleaning procedures and linen control will also be covered. Students are required to be in uniform as lab dictates. Tools will be provided by SMCC. Class: 4 lab hours. Co requisite(s): LRM 131.
