This course introduces students to the basics concepts of group dynamics and group work in the human service field. Students will study such topics as leadership, group dynamics, group theory, ethics, diversity in groups, and group development. Note: This course meets one the MHRT Community Requirement Group process. Prerequisite: BHS 101 with grade of "C" or better or department approval.
