This course will address the fundamentals of the Java Programming language. This course will cover the basics of concepts and methods of object oriented programming and object oriented design and emphasize the development cycle as a means of creating applications. Illustrating well written and readable programs using disciplined coding styles will also be discussed. The course time will be a mixture of lecture and hands on lab work. Prerequisite(s): CPT 102 and CPT 108 or waiver of prerequisites by Dept. Chair.
