LAB + LEC 3 Credits 5 Periods Alternating current electrical theory and Digital theory related to the field of Telecommunications. AC circuits analyzed using Ohms Laws, Kirchhoff's Laws and power formulas. Concepts related to capacitors, inductors, and transformers. Telecom filter types: low pass, high pass, bandpass, and decibel loss. Telecommunications electronics concepts related to oscillators, rectifiers, filters, amplifiers, and modulators. Prerequisite: TLT115 or permission of program director.
