4 Credits 6 Periods Introduction to optimizing and providing effective Quality of Service (QoS) techniques in converged networks operating voice, wireless and security applications. Topics include implementing a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network, implementing QoS on converged networks, specific Internet Protocol (IP) QoS mechanisms for implementing the DiffServ QoS model, AutoQ0S, wireless security and basic wireless management.
