College Algebra is a study of functions and their uses. Basic features of functions - domain, graph and range- are emphasized. Several types of functions are discussed including polynomial, rational, exponential and logarithmic. Functions and their graphs are used to solve equations and inequalities. Addition topics include solving exponential equations with applications, solving systems of linear and nonlinear equations, and an introduction to matrices. Registration Enforced Prerequisite: MTH 095 with a grade of C or better, placement test score, or instructor permission. F,W,S
