This course is the third in a three series sequence. This course will assist students in developing a fundamental knowledge of Programmable Logic controller systems. Students will be introduced to basic concepts, terminology and system hardware. Students will explore various communications protocols, examining the features and advantages of each. Students will be offered the opportunity for hands on troubleshooting, modification and testing of existing programs, as well as development of their own project. 2 lecture, 1 lab hrs/wk. S
