This course is designed to develop the student's technical skills in map making and construction document drafting. Also to give an introduction to interpreting legal descriptions and exposure to the coordinate system, and basic concepts of the public land surveying system. Students will study and practice survey and civil engineering drafting techniques. Drafting work includes horizontal and vertical alignments with horizontal and vertical curves. Course will focus on hand drafting methods. (3 C: 1 lect/pres, 2 lab, 0 other)
