This course introduces students to graphic design as a form of visual communication through the study of the elements and principles of design. Students will take a step-by-step approach to learn design basics, drawing skills, and color theory. Hands-on projects will be created using a variety of mediums. A special focus is placed on building student's design skills and knowledge. NOTES: For details of topics covered in the high school variable course, please refer to the appropriate Articulated College Credit agreement. This variable course is designed to allow students with Articulated College Credit for ADVR 1254 that was earned in high school to complete the remaining course requirements at SCTC. This SCTC course (ADVR 1254( will be delivered concurrently with ADVR 1255. ( C: 0 lect/pres, 0 lab, 0 other)
