This course is a survey of the major topics of physics, and is designed for technical programs. Topics include mechanics; properties of matter, heat, sound, electricity and magnetism; and light, atomic and nuclear physics. Laboratory activities are included. This course is not intended to meet the core curriculum science requirements. Prerequisite: MTH 1103 or DEVE 0336. (3 credit hours/special course fee)
