Work-based learning is a comprehensive treatment of relevant work experience related to the student ? major field of study. Students participate in a systematic planned and supervised work experience in a state, federal or private legal office. The proposed work experience must be approved by the dean and the instructor in advance of registration. This course may substitute for one course from the following: PLG 2302, PLG 2603, PLG 2802 and PLG 2903 with approval of instructor. Prerequisites: LGS 1103, LGS 1203, PLG 1103, PLG 1203, PLG 1302 or consent of department. Variable contact hours. (3 credit hours)
