This course is open to students who have completed 3 semesters and pass a practical skills test. This course prepares students for culinary competitions at the regional and national level and includes one regional competition with the American Culinary Federation. Prerequisite: CUL 1302 and CUL 1303, BAK 1301, or permission of instructor. 2 lecture hours, 4 lab hour. (3 credit hours/special course fee)
