This course covers business law of commercial transactions. Included are contract law, the debtor-creditor relationship, sales, commercial paper and secured transactions. The students are taught specific skills in the drafting of appropriate U.C.C. documents. Prerequisites: LGS 1103, LGS 1203, PLG 1103, PLG 1302 and PLG 2103. (3 credit hours)
