This course covers trials and pretrial procedures. Special emphasis is placed on the actual drafting of pleadings, discovery documentation and motion practice. This course continues to stress the importance of utilization of computers in the law office with emphasis on litigation support software and billing software. Students are required to complete document preparation assignments applicable to the litigation process. Prerequisites: BUS 1513, CIS 1103, LGS 1103, LGS 1203, PLG 1103, PLG 1203, PLG 1302, PLG 2103 and PLG 2803. (3 credit hours)
