This course includes, but is not limited to, the following concepts: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers, fractions and decimals, percent, ratio and proportion; and problem-solving techniques. Placement is determined by a COMPASS Algebra test score of 16 or less, or a score of 13 or less on the mathematics section of the ACT. Final grade will be A, B, C or NC (no credit) (3 credit hours)
