This course includes, but is not limited to, the following concepts: factoring polynomials; rational expressions, exponents, and radicals; solving quadratic equations and inequalities; and problem-solving techniques. Prerequisite: DEVE 0336 with a grade of "C or better, or a COMPASS Algebra placement test score from 33 to 49, or a score from 18 to 20 on the mathematics section of the ACT. Final grade will be A, B, C or NC (no credit) (3 credit hours)
