Cosmetology students work under the direct supervision of the instructor in lab with manikins and clients 20 hours each week in this course. Students must enroll in this class each semester to complete the 1500 clock hours required to take the Arkansas Board of Cosmetology license exam in the three-semester course of study. When combined with 10 credit hours of theory, with perfect attendance, students can expect to clock 528 hours. (7 credit hours/special course fee)
