9 lab hours Provides hands-on training in three major areas associated with the plumbing career: pipefitting, water pumps and plumbing. The first five weeks begin with the assembly of the common piping systems--copper, IPS, and PVC. The next five weeks are dedicated to the set-up, servicing and repair of submersible and jet water pumps. The last six weeks will lead the student through installation of basic plumbing systems.
