The course will help students gain a greater understanding of the standards and methods of reasoning that are used to answer questions about the legal environment in which businesses function, as well as the legal issues that commonly confront businesses, a better understanding of the way in which our legal system is organized and operates, and an appreciation of the dynamic nature of the law.
