Increases familiarity with medical reports, knowledge of medical terms/drugs/instruments, acceptable medical abbreviations, and exposure to medical reference research tools. Encourages respect for and adherence to ethical conduct. Emphasis is on transcribing, proofreading, and editing. Prerequisite: SES 119, SES 123
