This course addressed the theories and models of interpersonal communication. Understanding these areas will allow students to develop and improve their own interpersonal communication skills. The course addresses listening skills, relationship and conflict management, gender communication, intercultural differences and the connection between intrapersonal and interpersonal communication. Students will participate in projects and activities that enhance verbal and nonverbal interpersonal communication skills.
