Study of the construction, installation, and service of equipment and controls in light commercial air conditioning, heat pumps, and other applications of refrigeration. Also the construction, installation, and maintenance of oil and electrical heating systems and the electrical circuits used in light commercial equipment. Covers installation and service of combination heating and cooling systems and the evaluation of complete systems. Procedures and awareness in customer relations, salesmanship, and the elements of successful service business are part of the program.
