Topics include the trigonometric functions of the general and acute angles, right and oblique triangles, related angles, degree/radian measure, trigonometric equations, inverse trigonometric functions, graphs of the trigonometric functions, identities, vectors, complex numbers in polar form, the polar coordinate system, conic sections, parametric equations, and applications. Prerequisite: MATH 1710 This course is part of the general education core.
