Fulfills the science requirement for pre-medicine, pre-pharmacy, pre-medical technology, pre-veterinary medicine, and pre-dentistry programs. The Kingdoms of life and representative organisms are discussed, with particular attention to the Kingdoms Animalia and Plantae. Emphasis is placed on the tissues, organs, and physiology of representative members. Prerequisite: BIOL 1110 This course is part of the general education core.
