Theories of representation for the state/prosecution as well as for the defendant will be studied. Students will have the opportunity to apply the theory through model criminal cases. Prerequisites: Introduction to Law, PRLG-0121 and Legal Research I, PRLG-0131, and PRLG-0132, Litigation I.
