The course is also designed to integrate other emergency services in areas which have common interest. Emphasis is placed on current educational topics which have an immediate impact on the fire services' and related organizations. Prerequisite: None Mandatory placement for first time college students or first time math students is based on the ACCUPLACER Elementary Algebra test: The following scores determine placement: 0-30 MATH-0097 Math Essentials 31-70 MATH-0099 Elementary Algebra 71-99 100-120 Enrollment is Open MATH-0104 Intermediate Algebra
