1 hour credit Honors Tutorial III is the fourth, and final, in a sequence of core courses for students seeking Honors Scholar distinction and is intended to emphasize self-directed and collaborative learning while students design and implement projects for an audience outside the classroom. This course serves as the capstone course for the Honors Education Program and will include Program post-assessments and fulfillment of the Portfolio component students began in Honors Tutorial I. Projects will focus on the concept of service to local, national or global communities as related to the current Phi Theta Kappa Honors Study Topic. Prerequisite: Admission to the Honors Education Program and permission of the Director of Honors Education Program.
