3 hours credit Intermediate Accounting presents a review of the theory and application of accounting theory and an analysis of special problems which may arise requiring management decisions. Emphasis is placed on the preparation and analysis of financial reports. The course is designed to satisfy both those students who desire a terminal course and those who need study preparatory to taking more advanced accounting courses. Prerequisites: Completion of Accounting I (BUSN-0101) and Accounting II (BUSN-0102) with a grade of "C" or better ineach. Effective Spring 2005, if you are a Business major, you must have a "C" or better in all business courses to meet therequirements of the business degree program.
