3 hours credit This course introduces the student to contemporary business issues related to the conduct of business in a capitalistic context from an ethical perspective. It examines current business issues within philosophical constructs and ethical reasoning. It helps students understand the relationship of business and society, and the importance of seeing business in the larger context of social values. Prerequisites: Basic computer skills and Internet access. Effective Spring 2005, if you are a Business major, you must have a "C" or better in all business coursesto meet the requirements of the business degree program.
