Prerequisite: MUS 252 or placement by instructor This is an intermediate-level course for the student with at least two semesters of prior brass instrument study. Through written exercises and performance on the instrument of choice, the student will learn the intermediate concepts of brass performance. Topics to be covered include the chromatic scale, quadruple rhythmic patterns and chord construction.
