Prerequisite: MATH 111 with a grade of "C" or higher or appropriate score on the math assessment test This is a course about the extent, power and history of many interesting areas of mathematics. Topics will include mathematical reasoning and recreation, calculator activities, computer literacy, mathematics in art and music, probability, statistics and topology. 3 hrs./wk. Associated Costs: In addition to the course tuition, fees, and textbooks, this course has additional expense considerations that are estimated to be $0 to $100.
