This course provides skill instruction in determining nail disorders and care as well as the artistic application of tips, overlays and sculptured nails. Upon successful completion, students are prepared to take the Kansas State Board of Cosmetology onychology examination. In-state tuition and fees $700.00 total. Out-of-state tuition and fees $2,870 total. Beginning summer 2009, the in-state tuition and fees will total $816 and the out-of-state tuition and fees will total $3,315. 350 contact hrs. For enrollment and tuition information, call 913-469-8500 ext. 2390. The credit reflected in this course is for transcript reporting, recording and transfer only. Enrollment in certain courses may require a professional liability fee of $16.00. Students will be notified via their JCCC student e-mail account if the fee is due and instructions on how to pay the fee. Associated Costs: In addition to the course tuition, fees, and textbooks, this course has additional expense considerations that are estimated to be $145 to $150.
