Prerequisite: CDTP 135 In this career-related short course, students will manipulate digital photographs and images using a variety of introductory to intermediate techniques on either the Macintosh or PC computer platform. Students will apply techniques to edit masks and channels, process and enhance multiple image file formats, group and apply adjustments to layers, automate common tasks, create composite images, learn and apply intermediate scanning techniques, and apply multiple creative and adjustment filters on a variety of digital photographs and images. 1 hr. lecture/wk. Associated Costs: In addition to the course tuition, fees, and textbooks, this course has additional expense considerations that are estimated to be $10 to $20.
