Prerequisite: DRAF 230 In this course students will explore the use of computer-aided drafting and design software for the construction of three-dimensional computer models. Emphasis will be on using 3-D software to produce multiple-view drawings. Visualization commands and techniques will be discussed and developed. Topics will include view commands and wire-frame and surface construction, as well as solid modeling. 2 hrs. lecture, 3 hrs. lab/wk. Associated Costs: In addition to the course tuition, fees, and textbooks, this course has additional expense considerations that are estimated to be $5 to $10.
