Prerequisite: CIS 243 and CIS 269 and CIS 260 Students will learn advanced programming techniques for Windows, including enterprise software tools, advanced user-interface techniques, multimedia, ActiveX and Internet programming. The course project provides students with real-world development experience covering analysis, design and implementation of a large-scale development project using an object-oriented software development methodology, version control technique, advanced testing techniques, defect-tracking and technical documentation. 3 hrs. lecture, 2 hrs. lab/wk.
