Prerequisites: CHEM 131 and CHEM 132 and CHEM 140 or CHEM 220 Corequisite: CHEM 250 The laboratory will consist of qualitative and quantitative experiments using biological molecules. Particular emphasis upon biochemistry laboratory techniques, including chromatography and spectroscopy, will be used. 3 hrs. lab, 1 hr. recitation/wk. Associated Costs: In addition to the course tuition, fees, and textbooks, this course has additional expense considerations that are estimated to be $60.
