The 60 hours of classroom study is comprehensive covering real estate practices; real property; real estate business; home ownership; brokerage; listing agreements; interests in real estate; how ownership is held; legal descriptions; taxes/liens; contracts; transfer of title; title records; license laws; financing; leases; property management appraisal; land use; subdividing; fair housing laws; investment; and examination preparation. This course satisfies the state course requirements for the real estate salesperson's license.
