This course continues the topics introduced in MAT 1002 with emphasis on skills needed for the Biomedical Electronics, Industrial Systems Technology - Electronics, and General Technology AAS Degree Programs as well as the Industrial Systems Technology Certificate. Topics include factoring, solving equations, graphing functions, polynomials, radicals, complex numbers, j-operator, angular measure, and trigonometric functions. Prerequisites: MAT 1002 or 1133 with a "C" or better or Math ACT of 19 or higher (45or higher on Compass algebra domain).
