This is a 130 contact hour course that addresses the DOT curriculum for Emergency Medical Technician-Intermediate. This course consists of 75 hours didactic training, 30 hours in the clinical setting, and 25 hours field internship. Upon successful completion the Intermediate candidate will meet the requirements to challenge the National Registry Intermediate exam. Prerequisite: EMS 1101 and 1105.
