Nursing Process II is a 10-week summer course that builds on Nursing Process I. The student utilizes knowledge of the nursing process to study individuals with well-defined stressors. Continuing with the integrated approach, the following concepts are explored for individuals of all ages: gaseous transport, mental health, and obstetrics. Clinical laboratory experience is in the nursing laboratory and in health agencies providing the student opportunities to develop nursing skills by giving direct patient care. Prerequisites: NURS 2159, NURS 1011.
