These courses offer fundamental training in acting. Topics include the roles of the actor and director, theories of casting and acting, steps in rehearsing, interpretation of roles with practical application of the principles learned through improvisation and scenes from plays. Complete productions are offered to the student body and the public each term. Beginning Acting I is a prerequisite to Beginning Acting II.
