The student will obtain the necessary flight proficiency and aeronautical experience and meet the prerequisites specified on FAR 61.65 in preparation for the Instrument Airplane Practical Test. Prerequisites: private pilot airplane license, TST 216, and a minimum of 30 hours Pilot in Command Cross Country greater than 50NM.
