This course provides an introduction to financial accounting concepts and theory, with emphasis on the use of external financial statements. Accounting for corporations and financial statement analysis are introduced. Prerequisite: ACCT 108 or high school accounting recommended, but may be waived by the instructor. This course is recommended for transfer students, as well as other students interested in accounting.
