This course includes information about the manufacture, transport and storage of medical gases. Oxygen therapy techniques are introduced. The student is instructed in the application of the following therapy modalities: aerosol and humidity therapy, incentive spirometry, resuscitation devices and medical asepsis. Prerequisites Acceptance into Respiratory Care program.
