This course includes human nutrition, introduction to therapeutic and modified diets, nutrition in healthcare through the life cycle and drug-nutrient interactions, nutritional assessment and analysis. This course also covers gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, respiratory, and endocrine systems as related to medical nutrition therapy. This is a transferable course.
