Topics in the course will include: work behavior and work attitude; developing and writing appropriate goals and objectives; professional presentation and development; informational interviews to gather data about human service organizations/agencies; recognition and management of personal issues that may influence performance as a professional worker; policies, rules, procedures applicable to the practicums; and volunteering in a human service organization/agency.
