This course will examine the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (WMD)-Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) weapons which could cause massive casualties if used for terrorist attacks. Students will study the possible vulnerability of the United States populace to such weapons and will also explore strategies of how to prevent, limit, defend and/or deter the use of weapons of mass destruction by terrorist. The course will also discuss the past, present, and future national and international responses to, and defenses against, the threat of WMD terrorism. Course is offered On-line
