This course covers the strategic planning, incident management and intelligence techniques needed to provide the necessary foundation for anti-terrorism preparedness. Topics covered include: infrastructure protection, the National Incident Management system, threat and vulnerability assessments, counter-intelligence measures, terrorism prevention and deterrence operations. Students will learn how best to lead, communicate, and coordinate in response/recovery efforts against terrorism. Course is offered On-line
