This course introduces the student to the basic principles of electronics, digital theory, and proper use of test equipment related to PC repair. This course is an in-depth study of the hardware components that make up a microcomputer and the role/importance of computer software (operating systems). The course also has an in-depth, hands-on component, which will allow the student to develop the necessary skills to build, configure, and troubleshoot a PC. This course also introduces the student to basic computer networking. Course is offered On-line
