Covers the supervisor's responsibility for conservation and environmental issues within the workplace. Gain knowledge of contemporary employment laws, and legal and ethical methods of staff recruitment and performance evaluations. Ethical skills learned are incorporated into methods for resolving conflict in the workplace.
